Our FABERFriday Steak Special has become a firm favourite amongst locals which is why we are now offering our Steak Special on a Friday AND Saturday evening.
Bring your friends and family together, in the heart of the winelands, to relax and unwind. Guests are welcomed with our famous FABER welcome of bubbly and a breadboard, followed by a FABER main course steak, accompanied with a side of fries and a glass of Avondale’s Samsara Syrah ‘Decade Edition’ R225.
The Weekend Steak Special is available every Friday and Saturday evening from 18h00.
Please view our current steak garnish below: Dry aged grassfed beef sirloin, charred baby onions, onion dressing, roasted portobellini mushrooms.
As FABER restaurant is a contemporary farm-to-fork restaurant and we pride ourselves on serving seasonal, local and organic produce, mostly harvested from our organic garden, steak garnishes may vary each week. The full á la carte is also available.
