The Avondale Bike Park is located on Avondale and forms part of our exciting new outdoor and active offering.

The Avondale Bike Park SHUTTLE DAY takes place on the longest flow trail on the African continent. Come and experience the thrill of the Avondale Flow Trail, a terrain-induced roller coaster experience. The Avondale Flow Trail starts high up in ECHO VALLEY where you can enjoy magnificent views of Paarl and beyond. You then move at high pace through the epic ROCK N ROLL section which includes some incredible jumps. This is followed by a cruise through the shady PINE LAKE section and then into the bouncy terrain of BUCHU BOUNCE. Watch out for PUFF ADDER ALLEY, a place of exhilarating jumps and wildlife. The flow trail then finishes with a bang in the END OF EDEN section. The Avondale Flow Trail is an epic adventure that is not to be missed!

NO HELMET NO RIDE – Full face helmet would be best if you want to hit the big jumps. Knee pads, Gloves and elbow pads would be advisable.
