Agriculture has an ancient connection to the cosmos.  Throughout the ages, farmers have looked to skies as a guide for what happens on the land.  While this union has been seriously disrupted and damaged by modern farming over many decades, it has survived and been revived by some through practices such as biodynamic farming.

At Avondale we make use of the full spectrum of biodynamic preparations which are akin to supporting healthy balance through homeopathy.  These practices deepen our connection to the unique energy of our farm and sustain a lively awareness of our special place in the cosmos.
