AVONDALE, one of the leading proponents of biodynamic winemaking in South Africa is hosting a Biodynamic Luncheon at a particularly propitious time. As the change of season always keenly highlights the dramatically different pace of Autumn’s energy and as the vines become dormant and the leaves fall, the energy on the farm becomes lazy and relaxed with the sense of recuperation; it is a fitting time to recognise and celebrate “Biodynamics”.

Enjoy a 3-course, duck-inspired menu created and prepared by Chef Michel Morand, of Bistro Michel in Sandton, paired to perfection with Avondale’s extraordinary wines approved by Mother Nature in a beautiful, relaxed setting.

Avondale’s Proprietor, Johnathan Grieve will offer an esteemed and entertaining explanation of Biodynamic practices and its uses.
