Come and share your light at FABER at Avondale

Take part in the world’s largest grassroots environmental event by switching your lights off at home at 20h30 on the 24th March.

But don’t sit home alone in the dark…

In the sparkle of candlelight and a blaze of firelight, we’ll be celebrating Earth Hour at FABER with a sumptuous 4-course dinner menu featuring our low carbon footprint, locally sourced ingredients.   In honour of Earth Hour, Chef-patron Eric Bulpitt and his team are excited to turn off the electricity and create show-stopping dishes by pickling, curing and braaing over coals.

There’s no better way to celebrate Earth Hour than to come into Avondale’s Circle of Life.  Against the spectacular backdrop of the Klein Drakenstein Mountains you can enjoy an Earth-friendly dinner served by one of the SA’s top chefs paired with Avondale’s premium organic wines.
