Chef Dale Stevens and his team will be crafting a five-course menu with a focus on the best of the season’s ingredients harmonized so that each course pairs exquisitely with a particular handcrafted, slow-made Avondale wine. Avondale’s proprietor, Johnathan Grieve will guide guests through the evening, sharing his fascinating stories of how Avondale uses science, organic and biodynamic practices to create a vibrant living system that is perfectly attuned to the rhythms of the cosmos.
